Redding Musical Instrument Repair offers a range of maintenance, repair and restoration services for most band and orchestral, fretted (guitar), percussion and electronic instruments.

All repairs are based on $90/hour and all estimates are valid for 30 days.​

Guitar Repair & Service 

Fretted Instruments (Guitars, Basses, Ukuleles, Mandolins, etc.)

Guitar or Bass Restring & Tuning: $40 (+ cost of strings)​

Full Set-ups, Starting at $90

Includes full diagnostics and inspection of the entire instrument, Full truss rod adjustment (if needed), saddle height adjustment, setting intonation, electronics check, pick-up adjustments, detail polish and cleaning.

Electronics/Pickup Installation: Electric Guitar and Bass Electronics are our specialty!

Amplifier & Equipment Repair

We specialize in Amplifier and Musical Equipment Repair services, offering only top quality and efficient results. Due to the variety of electronic instruments and the types of repairs performed, all repairs are made on an estimate-only basis. There is a $50 non-refundable charge for estimates on electronic equipment.  Should you decide to have the work performed, we will deduct this $50 from the final bill.
