Mothers On Mission
MISSION OBJECTIVES
Isaiah 42:7
Jesus Christ has come…..“7 to open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.” KJV
Red Clay M.O.M. is a faith-based support group for Mothers of Incarcerated Son & Daughters, and family members. Mothers join on a Zoom call every two weeks to come along-side one another - sharing their stories and scripture, praying for one another and their incarcerated loved ones, as they heal together on their journeys of faith for changed lives.
The Mission of M.O.M. is to.....
To identify mothers of incarcerated children or family members.
To come along-side one another & provide Bible-based encouragement and prayerful support.
To identify and assist with personal needs of the mothers.
To identify and assist with personal needs of incarcerated loved ones.
To share our stories of trauma and encourage one another with adjusting to the “new normal”.
To pray together and individually, for each son or daughter and family members.
To develop program plans for personal care and outreach for hurting mothers.
To provide opportunities for meeting and fellowship together once a Quarter, place, and date as determined by the group members.
To pray and intercede for revival, justice, and reformation in the GA Department of Correction, and in the GA Department of Justice.
