Welcome to Rec Palm! These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Rec Palm
By downloading, accessing, or playing Rec Palm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Rec Palm.
When using Rec Palm, you agree to:

Follow the rules of the platform where Rec Palm is available.
Follow applicable laws and regulations.
Not intentionally disrupt the Game or other players' experiences.
You may not:
Harass, threaten, or bully other players.
Impersonate developers, moderators, or other players.
Use cheats, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized software.
Attempt to access accounts, servers, or systems without authorization.
Intentionally disrupt or interfere with the Game.
Use Rec Palm to distribute illegal or harmful content.
Some features of Rec Palm require an account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must follow the applicable platform's rules.
3. Multiplayer and Voice Chat
Rec Palm includes multiplayer, voice chat, and text chat
Players must use these features responsibly and respectfully. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in restrictions or removal from Rec Palm.
4. User-Generated Content
you are responsible for the content you submit.
You must not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
RecPalm will remove content that violates these Terms or applicable platform policies.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action.
Possible actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent removal from Rec Palm.
The specific action taken may depend on the severity and circumstances of the violation.
We will update, modify, or change Rec Palm at any time, including adding, removing, or changing features.
We may temporarily or permanently stop providing certain features or services.
Rec Palm's original name, logos, artwork, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the Rec Palm development team unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify our original materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Rec Palm is distributed through third-party services and platforms.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Rec Palm is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. unless explicitly stated.

Rec Palm is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
