Se-Mo Group Tech ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") operates the RecoveryCooler mobile application ("RecoveryCooler", the "Application", or the "Service").

Users should avoid entering information into AI conversations that they do not want processed by the systems necessary to provide the AI functionality.
AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a user's specific circumstances. Users should not rely exclusively on AI-generated responses when making important decisions.
RecoveryCooler's AI features are provided for informational, motivational, educational, and supportive purposes.
AI responses do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, addiction treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or emergency assistance.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency or you or another person is in immediate danger, you should contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.

We may need to verify the request before deleting information in order to protect users against unauthorized account deletion.
Following verification, eligible personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
You can stop future collection of information by RecoveryCooler by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process or the applicable mobile application marketplace.

Disabling certain permissions or deleting certain information may prevent some RecoveryCooler features from functioning correctly.

RecoveryCooler is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
