appdocom (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the appdocom mobile application (the “Service”).

What data do we collect?

Device data

We collect your device and phone network connection information in order to provide you better experience when you use our app.


Device information may include:

Android SDK/API version, IP address, platform names, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent deice identifier, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state (Wi-Fi and so on), the CPU, and the battery use, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, sim operator, sim card country, application status in google play store, Ad loading strategy, Ad platform and advertising placement id. Phone height and width, sim operator name, os version.


We store the information collected through the Android ID tied to the device you are using. In this way, we can retain your advertising behavior while you are using the app. We will treat this information as personal information.


Services Log Data

We may automatically collect details of your use of our services and store them as service logs during your use of this Application, including service access time, access frequencies, usage time, event information (errors, crashes, restarts, upgrades), and other log information generated when using the device. Please note that the above individual device information and log information cannot be used alone to identify a specific natural person. Only when this non-personal information is combined with other information to identify a specific natural person, or used in combination with personal information, will the information be considered personal information during the combination process. In this case, unless you agree or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information. The above information is essential to provide the service. If you choose not to provide, we may not provide you with services related to this application.


Google Advertising ID

Android Advertising ID

We use your Android Advertising Identifier to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It is used exclusively for advertising and analytics. Note that advertising identifiers do not contain any user-sensitive information that could be used to personally identify you or your device. It is not associated with personally identifiable information or any persistent device identifier (for example: ssid, mac address, imei, etc.).


Designated Countries

For all information listed above, pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or any equivalent legislation (collectively “Data Protection Laws”), we process the personal information of users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, the “Designated Countries”) based on our contract with you.

Identified "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data").  May include direct identifiers such as: name, government ID, address, bank card, email, phone number, online indirect identifiers (login account number, login password, marketing preferences, social media account). You have the right to confirm or reject such collection and processing via a check box or other methods, onever, after you reject, some features that require your explicit authorization and consent to use may no longer be available. You can directly access the personal information you have provided to us in the interface of our products or services. 


Right to correct and delete: When your personal information is changed, or when you find that your personal information collected and processed by us is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to make corrections or additions. You can directly correct or modify some of your personal information on the relevant product/service function pages. When your personal information collected by us has fulfilled the purpose of collection or is no longer required, or when you find that our collection and processing of your personal information violates the provisions of laws and regulations or this Privacy Policy, you have the right to ask us to delete the relevant personal information.  However, we may not grant your deleting request in some situations, for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data when we are legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the applicable local law. Please also kindly note that if you request to delete your information from our products and services, we may not remove the corresponding information from the backup system immediately due to some applicable local laws and technological limitations, however, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup is updating or can be deleted or be made anonymous.


Right to withdraw consent: To achieve the respective features of our various products or services, we will require necessary personal information in accordance with the applicable local laws. This is described in the "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" part of this Policy. You can withdraw your consent previously granted to us for a specific purpose by deleting information, turning off device features, and requesting to withdraw consent, including the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information that we manage or control. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you send the request, and thereafter will not collect, use and/or disclose your personal information in accordance with your request. If you withdraw your consent, you may not be able to continue receiving the part and/or full benefit of our app and its Service. The withdrawal of your consent or authorization will not affect the validity of our previous processing activities based on your consent.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).


We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
