Location: [DATA REDACTED]
Site-17 is the second largest Foundation facility, primarily focused on the containment and study of low-risk humanoid entities, although the Site has additional capacities for the containment of inanimate objects, non-humanoid creatures, and higher risk anomalies. As per its main focus, Site-17's permanent staff includes a large number of medical and psychiatric professionals, to deal with the unique physical and psychological needs of both the contained anomalies and the on-site staff working in this challenging environment.
Below, within subsection 20 Lies the Antimemetics Division, , a division that, according to all administrative records, has never existed. yet takes up a measurable amount of spcae despite not appearing within on the sites floorplan.

Subject: SITE 17 LOSS
I regret to inform you that both Site‑17 & Site‑41 were overtaken by a catastrophic breach.
The breach took the lives of over thirty‑three personnel, including three MTF η‑10 Agents.
No information can survive there now.
All knowledge of [DATA EXPUNGED] and its people is gone from the quick — only we, the dead, remember them.
Furthermore, we are now very clearly at war, and it is just as clear that we are certainly losing it.
SCP‑███ was never contained at Site‑17, but rather the containment chamber may have been the only place it isn't designed to develop a plan to combat the invasion without detection.
We have no idea if there ever was such a plan, and currently have no way to retrieve it, if there was.
It’s unclear how long we have before it targets us directly, but recent developments indicate that it is capable of doing so.
All MTF η‑10 operatives will be amnesticized once the victim(s) are taken safely into Site‑██.
Attempts to trace the origin of [DATA EXPUNGED] failed.
Internal references were recursively deleted.
Archived mentions led only to corrupted files or blank entries.
Even verbal recollections among senior staff dissolved most are missing and will be presumed dead.
If there was a plan, it is gone.
If there was a director, they are “missing.”
If there was a purpose, it has been buried.
We are the saints who guard, and in guarding we are consumed, and in consumption we endure.

RECOVERED FILES: FROM PERSERVATION EFFORTS
During the emergency preservation effort following the Site‑17 breach, recovery teams extracted a cluster of partially intact data fragments from sub‑level archives. Site‑17 housed standard anomalies, cognitohazards, and the embedded (unacknowledged) Antimemetics Division, so the recovered material reflects a mixture of normal, classified, and nonsensical documentation.
A drone overhead of the facility thats housed underground, Mainly Pinpointing core locations within the site from above. Author is unknown but persumably a former employee who defected to the Chaos Insurgency.
Possible involvement from the breach which killed several personnel resulting in it being overtaen.

- Dr. I. Sorell – Head of Site-17 Psychological Evaluation Unit [DECEASED]
Dr. Isaac Sorell oversees all psychological assessment and cognitive‑stability screening protocols at Site‑17. A former clinical researcher with a background in trauma psychology and anomalous cognition,Sorell is known for his methodical demeanor and his ability to identify early signs of cognitohazard exposure long before they manifest behaviorally.
He joined the Foundation after publishing several classified papers on dissociative drift in high‑stress environments work that drew the attention of both the Memetics Department and Site‑17’s administrative board. Sorell is regarded as one of the few evaluators capable of conducting interviews with personnel exposed to cognitohazards without compromising his own mental integrity.

- Lt. Maren T. Solis – Tactical Response, Site-17 [DECEASED]
Lt. Maren T. Solis serves as the senior tactical coordinator for Site‑17’s emergency response operations. A former military officer with specialized training in high‑risk extraction and cognitohazard containment, Solis is known for her precision under pressure and her refusal to retreat from situations most personnel classify as “unrecoverable.” . . .
