Dress Rehearsal

Friday, June 3rd, 2022 (4:30 - 9:30 pm - see schedule below)

at Oak Creek Performing Arts & Educational Center

*Drop off and pick up procedures for Rehearsal

-All Twinkle and Mini Star dancers will have one person drop them off and pick them up (after rehearsal & show) backstage . That person will get a wristband with dancers name one it and they will need that wristband to pick up dancer after dress rehearsal and show. Only one person will be allowed in the building for drop off and pick up dancer backstage for Dress rehearsal and Show.

- All Show Star, Junior Star and Teen dancers will meet their parents outside after the show.

Friday June 3rd: Dress Rehearsal General Info

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time (listed below), in your first costume with hair and makeup done.

• Enter the School by the front doors of the Oak Creek Performing Arts & Educational Center

• Bring dance shoes (wear street shoes), other costumes-if needed.

• Label everything with your name.

• No food allowed backstage. Water only.

• Dress rehearsal will be closed (no one allowed in theatre).

• Dancer and Me will be the first dance in all shows. Dancers come in white dress and bring recital costume.

Show Procedure for Adults performing in Dancer and Me:

-Check in with dancers teacher in dressing room.

-Take recital costume to hallway/changing area for "Dancer and Me" area

-Adult will come backstage with dancer 15 minutes before show and wait backstage until they perform.

-After they perform the adult will help dancer change to recital costume.

-Once dancer has costume on, parent will go to the Lobby & take their seat in the theatre, dancer will join their dance class backstage.
