Korean spicy carrot salad
Ingredients:
🥕 1 pound carrots
🧄 3 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
🧂 2.5 tsp salt
🫒 ⅓ cup vegetable oil
🧅 half an onion, minced
1 tsp ground coriander
🌶️ ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Lightly fry onion with coriander and cayenne pepper, then add to carrots. Pour vinegar and the rest of the ingredients, set to marinade.
