Ingredients:

FILLING

🥩  200 g ground beef

🫒  4 tbsp of oil

🧅  1 onion

🧄  5 cloves of garlic

🫑  half a capia pepper

🍅  1 tbsp tomato pulp

🧂  1 tsp of salt

🌿  1 teaspoon thyme

🌶️  1 tsp of red pepper

1/2 tsp black pepper

🍆  5 eggplant

🍅  1 tomato

🫑  1 green pepper

SAUCE

🍅   2 tbsp of tomato paste

🧂  1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups of water (400 ml)

Directions:
