Semolina fufu recipe is a tricky one to make; here are a few tricks to help you make the soft and smooth Semolina fufu that has no lumps.
Make the Semolina with boiling hot water.
Lower the heat of your cooker/stove before pouring the Semolina flour into the hot water and stir continuously.
Stop pouring the flour as soon as the fufu is thick. It is important that the Semolina is thick at the beginning. This makes it easier to knead out any lumps that may have formed Stir very well and make sure that there are no lumps.
Then add water and leave to boil. The amount of water you will add depends on how you like your Semolina. If you like is very very soft, then add enough water to make it soft, if you prefer it stronger, add just a little water.
