Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can (398 ml) of chick peas, rinsed and drained
🌿 ¼ cup of fresh spinach leaves
🌿 3 stems with leaves of fresh cilantro
🌶️ 2 tsp of hot sauce, or to taste
¼ cup of Tahini paste
🫑 ½ tsp of ground sweet red pepper
½ tsp of cumin seeds
½ tsp of black pepper
🫒 3 tbsp olive oil
🍋 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Blend ALL the ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
Add water or a combination of olive oil and lemon juice, one teaspoon at a time to help the blending if you need to.
