Ingredients:
🥑 4 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced
🍅 1 medium Roma tomato, seeded and diced (optional)
🧅 ¼ red onion, minced
🌶️ ½ Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
🍋 1 lime, juiced
🧂 salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
🌿 fresh cilantro, chopped, optional
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
🌮 tortilla chip, for serving
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until desired consistency is reached.
Add the onion, Jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
