2 cups boiled COOLED DOWN rice (short/medium/long depends on your preference)
butter (for rice)
3-4 eggs
peas, drained
1 carrot, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
other veggies to taste (broccoli, scallions, sweet corn)
sesame oil
soy sauce
garlic
Приготовление:
Use leftover or properly chilled boiled rice. Fry and scramble the eggs, chop into smaller pieces and set aside.
Heat up wok/skillet, start frying onion, then add all the veggies. Cook until they soften, garnish with some soy sauce and sesame oil. Remove from pot.
Start frying garlic, then add rice little by little, breaking up clumps and stir frying. Stir in the scrambled eggs (or alternatively, put raw eggs without prefrying them) and stir well. Return veggies to pot, garnish with more sesame oil and sauce, stir fry until desired condition.
