Serves 2
Ingredients:
150 gr of spaghetti
🍅 6 or 7 cherry tomatoes
a handful of capers
🐟 3 desalted anchovies
🧄 garlic
🫒 extra virgin olive oil
🌶️ chili pepper
Directions:
While you are boiling the spaghetti, prepare the sauce.
Pour the oil into a pan, add the chopped garlic and anchovies and fry for a minute, add the cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for 3 or 4 minutes, just before turning off add the capers and chilli.
Drain the spaghetti and mix them with the sauce.
Serve hot.
