Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
🫒 3 tbsp olive oil
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 6 cloves garlic, chopped
🍤 12 oz jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (340 g)
🧂 1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
🌶️ ¼ tsp red chili flake
🍷 ½ cup white wine
12 oz spaghetti (340 g)
4 cups water
🍋 lemon zest, 1 lemon
🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
🌿 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Dry shrimp for better texture.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
In a heated pot, melt butter and olive oil.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 90 sec each side, then put aside.
In the same pot, add garlic and pepper flakes, stir.
Add white wine, stir and cook several seconds.
Add spaghetti, water, and salt. Cook as indicated, stirring occasionally, so that the pasta does not stick to each other.
Once pasta is al dente, add in shrimp, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley and mix until fully incorporated.
Decorate with lemon zest and parsley.
