Яблочная шарлотка
Serves 6
Ingredients:
160 g flour
1 sachet (tsp) of baking powder
🥚 3 eggs
🍏 3 apples
🍋 zest of 1 lemon
100 g of sugar
🧈 120 g of unsalted butter + for the baking pan
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Separate the yolks from the whites. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add the melted butter then the grated lemon zest and the flour mixed with the yeast.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the bowl.
Peel and core the apples, then dice them and add them to the dough.
Pour into a buttered pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
