This privacy policy explains how the ReceiverDial app for Android ("the app") handles information. The app is published under the developer name Runwith.

Summary
The app does not require an account. It has no analytics and sends nothing to our servers. To find and control your AV receiver, it communicates with devices on your home network. From version 0.1.2, the app also shows one small ad, and to show it the Google Mobile Ads SDK communicates with Google over the internet (see "Ads"). Versions 0.1.0 and 0.1.1 have no ads and communicate only with devices on your home network.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or files. We do not use analytics tools, and the app does not send any information to our servers. The only information that leaves your phone is what the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends to Google to show ads (see "Ads").
Information stored only on your device
To let you reconnect quickly, the app stores a list of the receivers you have added. For each receiver, the list contains:
・its IP address on your home network
・its name
・its brand type
・the date and time you last used it
This list is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us, and it is not used for ads.
How the app uses your network
To control a receiver, the app connects to it over your home network and sends control commands published by the receiver's manufacturer.
When you search for receivers, the app reads your phone's own Wi-Fi IP address. It then contacts each device on the same local network (the same /24 range) one by one, to check whether it is a receiver. Only devices that answer as a receiver are shown in the list. The results of the search stay on your device.
Apart from this, the app uses the internet only for the ad (see "Ads"). It does not communicate with our servers.
Ads (version 0.1.2 and later)
The app shows one small banner ad at the bottom of the screen. The ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google. To choose and show ads, to measure them and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the app sends the following information directly to Google:
・your device's advertising ID and app set ID
・your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location)
・information about your device and the app, such as the phone model, Android version, language and app version
・how you interact with ads (for example, that an ad was shown or tapped)
・diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data
This information is sent encrypted. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you. Google handles it under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Your choices
・In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and in other places where the law requires it), the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is loaded. If you do not agree to personalised ads, Google may still show non-personalised or limited ads, which use the information above only for purposes such as showing the ad, counting it and preventing fraud.
・Where the consent form applies, you can change your choice at any time with "Ad privacy choices" at the bottom of the app's first screen (the list of receivers).
・You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Permissions
The app uses the following Android permissions:
・Internet: to connect to your receiver over your home network, and to load the ad
・Access network state: to check the state of your network connection
・Access Wi-Fi state: to read your phone's own IP address, so the app knows which local network to search
・Advertising ID and Android's ad services: used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show and measure ads
If you email us
If you email us at support@runwith-ai.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the app, and we do not share it with anyone.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. The information listed under "Ads" is sent directly from your phone to Google, which provides the ads. We do not share any other information.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the app are limited to Google's "PG" content rating or below.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy before the change and show a new effective date.

概要
本アプリはアカウント登録が不要です。アクセス解析は行わず、当社のサーバーへは何も送りません。AVアンプを探して操作するために、家のネットワークの中の機器と通信します。版 0.1.2 からは、小さな広告を1つ表示します。広告を表示するために、グーグルの広告の仕組みがインターネットでグーグルと通信します（「広告」の節）。版 0.1.0 と 0.1.1 には広告がなく、通信するのは家のネットワークの中の機器だけです。
集めない情報
氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、写真、ファイルなどは集めません。アクセス解析のツールは使っておらず、本アプリが当社のサーバーへ情報を送ることはありません。スマホの外へ出る情報は、広告を表示するためにグーグルの広告の仕組みがグーグルへ送るものだけです（「広告」の節）。
端末の中にだけ保存する情報
すぐにつなぎ直せるように、本アプリは登録したアンプの一覧を保存します。一覧には、アンプごとに次の情報が入ります。
・家のネットワークでのIPアドレス
・名前
・メーカーの種類
・最後に使った日時
この一覧は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存し、当社へ送ることはありません。広告にも使いません。
ネットワークの使い方
アンプを操作するときは、家のネットワークを通じてアンプにつなぎ、アンプのメーカーが公開している操作の命令を送ります。
アンプを探すときは、スマホ自身のWi-FiのIPアドレスを読み取り、同じネットワーク（/24の範囲）の機器に順に問い合わせて、アンプかどうかを確かめます。アンプとして応答した機器だけを一覧に出します。探した結果は、端末の中にとどまります。
このほかにインターネットを使うのは、広告のためだけです（「広告」の節）。当社のサーバーとは通信しません。
広告（版 0.1.2 から）
本アプリは、画面の一番下に小さな広告（バナー）を1つ表示します。広告は、グーグルの「Google AdMob」が配信します。広告を選んで表示し、表示の回数を数え、不正を防ぐために、本アプリに組み込んだグーグルの広告の仕組み（Google Mobile Ads SDK）が、次の情報をグーグルへ直接送ります。
・端末の広告ID と アプリセットID
・IPアドレス（おおよその地域がわかることがあります）
・端末とアプリの情報（機種、アンドロイドの版、言語、アプリの版など）
・広告の表示や、広告を押したかどうか
・不具合や動作の情報（アプリが止まったときの記録など）
これらは暗号化して送られます。当社が、お客様を特定できる形で受け取ることはありません。グーグルは、グーグルのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja ）に沿って扱います。グーグルが提携アプリの情報をどう使うかは https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=ja をご覧ください。
お客様が選べること
・ヨーロッパ経済領域、イギリス、スイス（そのほか法律で必要な地域）では、広告を読み込む前に、グーグルの同意の画面を表示します。お客様に合わせた広告に同意されない場合でも、グーグルが、お客様に合わせない広告（または制限した広告）を表示することがあります。その場合、上の情報は、広告の表示・回数の計測・不正の防止などにだけ使われます。
・同意の画面が出る地域では、最初の画面（アンプの一覧）の一番下にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも選び直せます。
・広告IDは、スマホの設定（設定 ＞ プライバシー ＞ 広告）で、作り直したり削除したりできます。
使う権限
本アプリは、次のアンドロイドの権限を使います。
・インターネット：家のネットワークを通じてアンプにつなぐため、広告を読み込むため
・ネットワークの状態の読み取り：ネットワークの接続の状態を確かめるため
・Wi-Fiの状態の読み取り：スマホ自身のIPアドレスを知り、探す範囲を決めるため
・広告IDと、アンドロイドの広告の仕組み：グーグルの広告の仕組みが、広告を表示して回数を数えるため
メールでご連絡いただいた場合
support@runwith-ai.com へメールを送っていただいた場合、当社はそのメールアドレスと本文を受け取ります。返信とアプリの改善のためにだけ使い、ほかの人や会社には渡しません。
情報の提供
当社が個人情報を売ることはありません。「広告」に書いた情報は、スマホから、広告を配信するグーグルへ直接送られます。そのほかの情報をほかの会社へ渡すことはありません。
お子さまの情報
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さま向けではありません。お子さまの個人情報を、知りながら集めることはありません。アプリの広告は、グーグルの区分で「PG」までの内容に限っています。
この説明の変更
情報の扱いを変えるときは、変える前にこの説明を更新し、新しい施行日を記載します。
