As the customer, please be aware of these conditions/guidelines:
❈❈❈❈
❈ How to Commission Me
To commission me, please fill out this Google Form.
I will reach out in 1-4 days via the contact method provided by the commissioner and ask for more specifics on the commission.
Please include in this conversation:
VISUAL REFERENCES (especially for original characters). These can be pictures from Google or Pinterest, or even a stick figure drawn by you. Anything you can give me will help tremendously as I work on your commission. However, pleade note description-based/heavy commissions will be a higher price.
And feel free to add a description of anything else! Poses, Lighting, etc.
Once this information is provided, I will give the commissioner my decision to accept or turn down their commission request. If accepted, discussion for the final price for the commission will start. **Please keep in mind I have the right to turn down any commission that I deem I cannot complete or with which I am uncomfortable.**
❈❈❈❈
❈ Payment
Commissions must be paid with US Dollars and through PayPal ONLY.
Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.
Commissioners will have 24 hours AFTER the final price for the commission has been agreed upon to pay the full commission price. Failure to do so will result in the commission request being denied.
If the commissioner is ABSOLUTELY unable to meet the deadline, an extension is possible; HOWEVER, I will NOT start on the commission until the commission price is paid.

❈ Commission Process
I will show the commissioner a watermarked sketch for their commissioned piece. This will be the first stage for the commissioner to approve the piece before I move on to the next stages. Beyond this point, NO REFUNDS will be given and extra costs may be added if significant edits are made to the piece.
Commissions will be completed within a few days to 2 weeks after the commission is accepted. However, this time can be longer especially for my fully-shaded and Genshin Impact artstyle type commissions and during the Fall and Spring months where I am back at university.
Throughout the time until it is completed, I will send progress pictures of the commission as well as regular messages to keep the commissioner updated. During any of these updates, the commissioner should feel free to critique what has been completed if anything needs changing. The commissioner should also feel free to message me if they would like an update on their commission!
The final piece will have my "Reccallection Art" signature and be sent digitally over email as a JPEG file (300 DPI, 2500 pixels x 3500 pixels) unless another file type is specified by the commissioner.
I will still retain the rights to the artwork in any medium. Therefore, I can use the piece as an example for future commissions or in my portfolio.
❈ Commercial Use
Commissioned art from me should ONLY BE FOR PRIVATE USE. NOT COMMERCIALIZATION. If you have a commission that will be for commercial use, PLEASE ASK ME FIRST. Commercial commissions of ORIGINAL MATERIAL will typically require a double in commission price.
I will still retain the rights to the artwork in any medium. Therefore, I can use the piece as an example for future commissions or in my portfolio.
❈ Fanart
Selling commissions of fanart (in most cases) is ILLEGAL. Since neither I nor the commissioner has the legal rights to the material (ie characters, objects, places, etc.) required in fanart, I cannot legally sell you a commission of it. I will not be accepting any commissions of most fanart.
The only IP's I will accept commissions for is Genshin Impact (Hoyoverse) since they do allow artists to draw and sell fanart of their characters per their Genshin Impact Overseas Fan-Made Merchandising Guide.
Like all other art commissioned from me, but ESPECIALLY for fanart commissions (ie OC x Canon commissions) it should ONLY BE FOR PRIVATE USE. NOT COMMERCIALIZATION.
❈By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms.❈
