Privacy Clause

Developers respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, developers will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, developers will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudent obligations. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, developers will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Developers will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the developer service usage agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Developer Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of application

a) When you register a developer software account, you provide the personal registration information requested by the developer;

b) "When you use developer web services or access developer platform web pages, developers automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you require;";

c) User personal data obtained by developers through legal means from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:

a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the developer platform;

b) The information and data collected by the developer about your release from the developer, including but not limited to participating activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;

c) Violation of legal regulations or developer rules and actions taken against you by the developer.

2. Information usage

a) The developer will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you obtain your permission in advance, or unless the third party and the developer (including the developer's affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all of these materials, including those they have previously been able to access.

b) Developers also do not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information without compensation by any means. If any developer platform user engages in the above activities, upon discovery, the developer has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

c) For the purpose of serving users, developers may provide you with information that interests you by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with developer partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information disclosure

Under the following circumstances, the developer will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:

a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;

b) To provide the products and services you require, you must share your personal information with a third party;

c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with relevant provisions of the law or requirements of administrative or judicial bodies;

d) If you violate relevant laws, regulations, or developer service agreements or relevant rules, you need to disclose them to a third party;

e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose it to the respondent at the request of the respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

f) In a transaction created on the developer platform, if either party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, the developer has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to the transaction, in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.

g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by developers in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

4. Information storage and exchange

"The information and materials collected by the developer about you will be stored on the server of the developer and/or its associated companies. These information and materials may be transmitted to, accessed, stored, and displayed outside your country, region, or location where the developer collects the information and materials.".

5. Use of Cookies

a) "If you do not refuse to accept cookies, developers will configure or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use developer platform services or features that rely on cookies.". Developers using cookies can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.

b) You have the option to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use developer network services or features that rely on cookies.

c) This policy applies to information obtained through cookies created by developers.
