Reborn AI ("we", "us", "our") recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information collected through our application. By downloading, using and/or accessing our Services through App Store, you expressly agree to the terms described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms in this policy, please do not use our services. 

Face Data Policy

1. What face data is our app collecting? 

We analyze your photos and find out the feature points(like eyes, nose, mouth points) of the face in photo for face processing purpose. We do not collect face data. After the analyzing process ends all data will be deleted, no data will be saved. 

2. For what purposes are we collecting this information? 

We analyze your photos to apply them to templates for generating pictures for you.

The complete process is:

(1) You upload your photos you have selected to our servers in an encrypted way;

(2) The servers analyzes photos and apply it to templates you have chosen;

(3) After results is completed, servers return them to you via the app, and your photos will be deleted permanently.

3. Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored? 

The data will not be shared with ang third parties. We will not store any data and face information you have submited, and photos you have uploaded will be deleted permanently after the analysis process is completed. 

4. How long will face data be retained? 

The face data is not collected, stored and retained. All information and photos you have submitted will be deleted permanently after the analysis process is completed.

What kind of information we collect from you?

There are two general categories of information we will process: 

1. information may be collected automatically

(1) Device Information:

When you use the Software or Services, we use the Xcode API to collect the following information: 

universally unique identifier(UUID), type of your mobile device, and applications and operational system version which are installed on your mobile device; 

country and language information;

(2) Subscription Inforamtion:

We use Apple SDK to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). 

2. inforamtion you may submit to us

(1) Camera and Photos Information.:

In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and album. For such photos, we will neither store in our server nor share them with any third parties after processing. 

How we use your information?

1. The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:

   to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

   to improve and customize the Software and the Service;

   to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software;

   to notify you of the Software and the Service updates;

   to provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback;

   to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and the Service;

   to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

2. If any new purposes for processing your information arise we will let you know we start to process information on that other purpose by introducing the corresponding changes to this Privacy policy.

How your information may be shared?

We will not share any personal information that we have collected from you except for the following events: 

1.  If we are required by law to disclose your information, we may share your information with law enforcement or other competent authorities and any third party, as may be required (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of users, its partners, or the general public);

2.  In the event the team goes through a business transition such as a merger or acquisition by another company, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will be among the assets transferred.

How we protect your information?

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect and secure the information we collect from your use of our services on the platform. We will use all reasonable efforts to protect your personal information. 

Transfer of data outside your territory

We work in the international space and provide our Software and Services to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software and Services may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

Where you located in the EEA, as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the Software and Services. 

Your data rights

You have the right to access, modify, correct or delete any personal data which we may have collected. In order to exercise this right, please contact us by email. If you are in the EEA, you have a right to (subject to a limited number of exceptions): (i) request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal information; and (iii) ask for a copy of your personal information to be provided in a digital format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal information with your local data protection authority in the EEA.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. 

Change to the privacy policy

This Privacy policy may change from time to time. Any change will be published on the interface of the Software. Your continuous use of the Software and Services will be deemed as your acceptance of such update.
