Redstone did not receive a new nugget in the mod, but it did receive a rebalance to its drops based on the tier of tool used on it.
Iron Pickaxe = 1-2 redstone dust
Diamond Pickaxe = 2-4 redstone dust
Netherite Pickaxe = 4-8 redstone dust
