Yes I made sure I installed the 64 bit version of reaper. I think the version for osx 10.15 is only 64 bit. Anyway the package I got indicated it was 64 bit. I can get reaper to run. Just when I install the plug ins Apple osx puts up a lot of warnings and after I say the install is okay, everything stops working. To remedy this Reaper has a VST bridge, a helper program that loads 32-bit VSTs in 64-bit Reaper. For a long time this bridge has loaded all 32-bit VSTs in a separate Window instead of inlining them in the FX window for a track. This is quite annoying, but fortunately there is now a solution.

Synplant, utonic, echobode, bitspeek, permutate x64 plugins won't show in Reaper. ALL x32 bit do though. I have the DLL files in the right folders but no amount of cache clearing and re-scanning makes the x64 plugins show up ion Reaper.Repeaer x62 (latest)

I am confused as I am having the same problem. The confusion is because under the "Specifications" tab on the product page for Kontakt 7 it clearly says " Windows (64-bit only): Stand-alone, VST, VST3, AAX". I'm reading replies by the NA Team that it's only VST3. Something isn't making sense.
