AI-powered push-up tracking and rep verification via camera
App blocking and screen time management tied to physical activity
Workout statistics and streak tracking
Gamified discipline and virtual rewards ("Pixel Pet")
Premium subscription options
3. Use of the App You agree to use Military Calisthenics: PushUp only for lawful purposes. You may:
Use the app for personal fitness and productivity
Customize app blocking preferences and workout goals
Earn virtual progress and level up your Pixel Pet You may not:
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
Attempt to bypass, trick, or spoof the AI vision rep counter
Attempt to bypass app blocking features illicitly for yourself or others
Use the app for any illegal purpose
4. Subscriptions and Virtual Items Military Calisthenics: PushUp offers premium subscriptions and features in-app virtual items:
Subscriptions: Premium plans (Weekly/Yearly) auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer Military Calisthenics: PushUp requires physical exertion. By using the app, you:
Represent that you are in good physical condition and able to safely perform push-ups.
Acknowledge you should consult a physician before starting any new fitness program.
Assume all risk of physical injury related to the exercises performed while using the app.
6. Intellectual Property All content in Military Calisthenics: PushUp, including but not limited to:
The AI Vision models and algorithms
Virtual characters, including the Pixel Pet design
User interface design, sounds, and graphics is owned by Military Calisthenics: PushUp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties Military Calisthenics: PushUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
The app or AI tracking will be completely error-free or uninterrupted in all lighting conditions
Specific fitness or physiological results from using the app
Perfect accuracy of workout statistics
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Calisthenics: PushUp shall not be liable for any:
Physical injuries or medical issues resulting from use of the app
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or productivity
Issues or inconveniences arising from app blocking features
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time without notice.
