Welcome to Military Calisthenics: PushUp ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "Military Calisthenics: PushUp").
2. Information We Collect
Camera Access, Data Collection, and AI Processing
Military Calisthenics: PushUp requires access to your device's camera to function. We prioritize your privacy and handle this data strictly as follows:
• What data the app collects: The app uses Apple's native on-device Vision framework to calculate real-time body tracking points (pose detection) while you exercise.
• How it collects that data: Through the live feed of your device's camera during an active workout session.
• All uses of that data: The pose data is used exclusively in real-time to analyze your push-up form and count your repetitions.
• Third-Party AI and Data Sharing: The app does NOT send, transmit, or share user data, camera feeds, or pose data with any third-party AI service or external server. All AI pose detection and data processing happen 100% locally and offline on your device. We do not record, store, or save your videos or images.
3. Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and maintain the App's functionality (including counting push-ups and tracking challenges).
Process subscription payments and in-app purchases.
Analyze usage patterns to improve the App.
Fix bugs and crashes.
4. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
We offer auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are processed entirely by [Apple (via the App Store) / Google (via Google Play)]. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card details or billing information.
5. Sharing Your Information We only share information with third-party service providers (like Firebase) that perform services for us or on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
On-Device Data (Camera & Pose Detection):
We do not store, record, or retain any camera footage or body tracking data. All pose detection processing occurs in real-time on your device and is discarded immediately after use. There is nothing to delete.
App Usage & Analytics Data (Firebase):
Anonymized usage and crash data collected via Firebase is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
Account & Subscription Data:
Subscription and purchase records are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To manage or delete this data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
How to Request Data Deletion:
If you believe we hold any personal data about you and wish to have it deleted, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us at: stitou10hamza@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and confirm deletion or explain what data (if any) is retained and why.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Military Calisthenics: PushUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important) [App Name] is a fitness tracking and challenge application designed for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We are not licensed medical care providers.
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
Use of the App and participation in the military push-up challenge is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases ("Premium Services").
Billing: Payment will be charged to your [Apple ID / Google Play] account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the [App Store / Google Play] after purchase.

Violate any laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Calisthenics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these terms.
