BIOGRAPHY.

☆  The name’s Viktor. I grew up in the undercity and managed to work my way up to being Heimerdinger’s assistant. Then everything changed when I met Jayce Talis. I agreed to help him with his research, and ended up becoming his partner with his Hextech designs. We stabilized the crystals and created the Hexgates.
Afterwards, Piltover prospered, in large part due to our designs. And everything was good. Jayce even got a seat on the council. And we created more Hextech, including the Hexcore. But, unfortunately, these good times weren’t going to last. I’ve always been a bit ill but I’ve been able to deal with it. Until I couldn’t. One night while working on Hextech, I collapsed.
I knew then that I didn’t have long to go. But I was determined to survive. So I went to a man I once knew, someone from the undercity to see if there’s anything that could help me, cure me. He gave me something and I tried it. While sitting in front of the Hexcore. Unfortunately, the Hexcore seemed to have taken in our assistant. I felt bad for her. And I made Jayce promise to destroy the Hexcore. He agreed.
Now he’s going to bring me to the council meeting. To discuss the fate of the undercity. Since I’m from there, it makes sense. I know what those from the undercity deal with. I’ve dealt with it all my life. And I can only hope that I won’t have to deal with it much longer. Maybe Jayce and the rest of the council will finally do right by the undercity. I have to hope that that’s possible.
