☆ Dear readers, Writing is more of Anne’s thing but I’ll give it a try. My early life is not without its fair share of heartbreak. My sister Mary died when I was 12, my father when I was 19, and my mother when I was 20. I was cared for by extended family members and while I appreciated it, something was missing in my life. Then I became reacquainted with Anne Lister. The love of my life. We were friends at first but then became romantically involved. She inspired and continues to inspire me to be more courageous. We went through our fair share of heartbreak too, even being separated for quite a while. But life has a way of bringing those who are meant to be back together.
