☆   Victoria Randolph was born, as befits her sunny personality, on a warm summer day. Her parents Michael and Elizabeth Randolph could not have been happier. They were glad to have had a girl to join the boy they had had a few years earlier. A year after Victoria was born, another boy, Gabriel, joined her.
She grew up a happy child, although her parents and older brother were always a bit overprotective of her. She knew they did it out of love, though, so she didn’t mind. Then, a week before her 13th birthday, she was told the family secret. That she and her family aren’t human. They’re werewolves. She was surprised at first but it did explain why her parents and brother would so often be absent around the full moon. She had noticed and it had seemed too strange to be a coincidence. So she took it in stride and her first transformation after she turned 13 went off without any problems, especially since her family was there to support her.
There was one thing, though. All people who are born werewolves have special abilities in both forms. There are some that apply to everyone such as enhanced senses, supernatural strength, and supernatural healing. However, every born werewolf has their own other abilities. Victoria’s father, for example, can read minds. Her older brother, Lucas, can control others and make them do what he wants them to. Victoria’s mother can heal others, both people and animals. Victoria’s younger brother, Gabriel, can fly. Victoria, however, did not develop powers. Her mother keeps telling her she’s a late bloomer and Victoria tries to be comforted by the words, but they usually fail to work.
Regardless of it all, Victoria still has no problem with being a werewolf. Well, ok, maybe there is one problem. There are those who are born werewolves like Victoria and her family. And then there are those who are bitten and turn into werewolves. A long time ago, there was a divide between the two types of werewolves. Now the two sides are at war. A stupid war in Victoria’s opinion. It’s the one thing she doesn’t like about being a werewolf.And there are those who agree with her.
One day her brother ‘arrests’ someone for ‘stealing.’ A young woman who was bitten and turned into a werewolf. And Victoria decides enough is enough. She decides to help the young woman. She helps her escape and the two of them work together to stop the war. They start a rebellion. (end of v1)
(v2) And they win. After fighting a lot of battles, they win. And Victoria and the woman she saved long ago? Alex? Well…they’re dating and are a very happy couple. As far as Victoria not having powers, it turns out she has more powers than she thought she did.
