So i have X50 Pro 5g which i guess is the only phone with Realme stock dialer which has the feature to auto record every call without announcing it on both the sides (Don't know why realme dont include it in any other phone)

So finally i figured out that to record calls you need to get the custom dialer's ui on the top and after testing many dialers, TRUECALLER stands the only dialer which overlays its ui and helps in recording every call automatically without announcing it on any of the sides so if you want the call recording feature then switch to Truecaller and set it as the default dialer.

And with that, we wrap on covering major smartphone makers and how you can record calls on these devices. Of course, the terminologies might be a bit different but instructions for any and every smartphone make/model for recording calls are almost the same. Note that you need to verify if your phone has a call recording feature or not and that you can either find it on the internet or via the Phone Settings app whether it mentions any call recording-related settings or not.

The best part? OpenPhone instantly generates free call transcriptions for every call (available on our Business plan), broken down by speakers and timestamps. You can even reference specific information in your conversations via the OpenPhone web or desktop apps (coming soon to mobile) without having to play back the entire recording.

Plus, OpenPhone automatically generates an AI call summary that gives you a high-level overview of what was discussed on your calls. This includes action items your team can use to follow up after a call.

With Rev Call Recorder, there are no limits to the length of your calls or the number of recordings you can have. You can also instantly share recordings with team members via email, text message, or your shared cloud storage platform.

On iPhone, TapeACall Pro advertises a base price of $10.99. However, you also need to pay for in-app purchases if you wish to have unlimited recordings or unlimited transcriptions. Each of these is a separate purchase:

Google Voice is a VoIP service offering free unlimited calls to the US. It also allows you to integrate with other Google Workspace apps so you can synchronize your tech stack and get your team on the same page.

But many of these features are trapped behind multiple paywalls. While their Essentials plan ($19.95 per user per month) includes 50 features such as ring groups, digital fax, and a mobile app, you need to upgrade to their Pro plan ($24.95 per user per month) to access call recordings, text messaging, and the desktop app.

OpenPhone shows all call recordings, texts, and voice messages in a single thread so you can easily review the full conversation history at a glance. You can also use call transcripts and AI call summaries to provide more context to teams without lifting a finger.

Call recording is ideal for quality control. For teams chatting with clients on the phone every day (such as customer service and sales teams), reviewing calls allows you to create better client experiences and delight contacts, both old and new.

On the flip side of using call recorder apps to spot quality issues, you can also record calls to pick out your highest-quality ones. You can use these recordings when training new team members or help existing teammates improve their skills.

When Call Recording is activated, a call-recording notification is automatically enabled so that callers hear a message that their calls are being recorded. But, you can disable this feature. IMPORTANT!: On the Settings page, under Call Settings > Call Recording, carefully read the Terms (of Use) regarding call-recording activation before you disable this feature.

OnePlus, Realme, and Oppo devices running on Android 12 or higher will now be able to record calls without an on-call voice disclaimer through a downloadable dialer app called ODialer. The app, developed by Oppo's ColorOS and released on January 16, is currently available on Google Play Store only to users of the aforementioned smartphone brands' eligible devices. Call recording feature on stock dialer apps triggers a voice disclaimer when switched on during a call, which can be avoided with the latest app.

Voice recording feature on stock Android dialer apps generally has a disclaimer announcement that notes "this call is now being recorded", which could put off some call receivers. ODialer seems to solve this problem by removing the disclaimer altogether and allowing for stealth call recording. The app could, thus, also spark privacy concerns.

Only a few brands like Samsung and Vivo offer their own phone app that allows recording calls without warning. The majority of Android users can be seen complaining about the call recording alert in the Google phone app. Read more Realme UI 3.0: How To Turn On Google Assistant With Power Button

Step 1: Install ODialer Begin by downloading and installing the ODialer app from the Google Play Store. ODialer is a stock dialer app offered by the ColorOS team, which allows you to record calls without any announcement.

By setting ODialer as the default dialer app on your Realme device, you can effectively disable call recording announcements and record calls without interruptions or notifications to the other party.

Using ODialer as your default dialer app on your Realme device, you can easily disable call recording announcements and record calls without interruptions or notifications for the other party. Remember to comply with any legal requirements or regulations regarding call recording in your region and respect the privacy of others during conversations.
