RealEstor is a real estate application that helps users discover properties, watch property reels, connect with brokers, chat with users, and explore real estate listings.

- Chat messages and shared media
- Files or documents shared in chat
- Location entered by the user

- Device identifiers and Firebase notification tokens

- Create and manage user accounts
- Enable phone OTP login and Google login
- Show property listings and property reels
- Allow users and brokers to upload property media
- Enable chat between users and brokers
- Send app notifications
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
## Media Uploads
Users may upload property images, videos, profile photos, chat images, videos, and files. Uploaded media may be stored using third-party cloud services such as Cloudinary and Firebase-related services.

- Firebase Cloud Messaging

- Google Play services

We do not sell user personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate the app, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, or provide app features.

We use reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
## Data Retention
We keep user data as long as needed to provide app services. Chat media may be deleted from cloud storage after a limited period, while local cached media may also be cleared automatically.
## User Choices
Users may update profile information in the app. Users can contact us to request account or data deletion.
## Children
RealEstor is intended for real estate users, buyers, sellers, and brokers. The app is not directed to children under 13.
