I know how you feel bad because you invest lot of time to play the game. However if you update your phone android 4.4 or


any update and you see the download problem. just solve it this way what I did.


Go to your settings > Security > Uncheck verify application

uncheck allow download application from unknown source


Then try again it will work. Due to google bad security system when we update our phone its automatically mark as security


settings. in this case ea games never download that games data. hope its work for everyone.

For me it really looks like RR3 puts files where it shouldn't and iOS removes them or at least partially removes them. I think that leaving more free space than additional size of RR3 assets on the device should be completely fine. I have kept other apps with managebale storage like Netflix and HBO GO and they are not affected - their storage is reported in documents & data in contrary to RR3 which reports 25MB of docs&data

It seems that I was wrong and havent filed that specific ticket. i was sure that I had, but unfortunately I have not. i am really sorry that I have claimed otherwise - in this specific case support of FM is not to blame. My poor old memory is much more guilty..

i had this issue since 2017 , after ios 11 introduced the offload apps feature. From what my expriences, if ur Phone storage memory left something less than 8gb (my iphone 64gb) , if i keep using the storage reduce the free memory available, ios will removed my RR3 asset. if i have memory available >8 gb , the RR3 asset nvr been deleted. SO i suspected the ios will delete the data if the storage is getting less. Another issue i facing is THE ASSET DOWNLOADING ... From my expriences, i believe RR3 server port was blocked from my country ISP(2MBPS). i tried another fibre optic ISP(20MBPS) which no problem in downloading. I also believe it maybe LOW speed internet cannot sustained the download, it is like downloaded 1mb then stopped. With FAST speed internet will not have this happenned, it can continuous DL til 1.7GB asset data. I hope my information can help anyone of you here, and also provide the possible bugs to FIREMONKEY and solve these..... Hi, thank you for your answer. I actually used an app yesterday (Battery Doctor) which has a function to junk files and data stored in the cache for apps. But it performs an overhaul cleaning, without control on which app to clean. I was able to get around 3GB back :-)

I did not want to do that, but next time I think I'll just use your recommendations and reinstall the game, to have more control on what I'm doing.

It's just a pitty that RR3 doesn't have a built-in function to allow that.

Be aware readers, that the "Clear Local Storage" button located in your profile does not (seem to) do that but erase all your progress, R$, Gold, Cars,... Everything! To reset the game.

So the thing to remember with the reinstall option (or clear data) is that when you download, it stays downloaded. So over time it will bloat back up again. As a "safety" make sure you don't look at your garage though - I'm pretty sure that results in it downloading all the cars.

I just started racing in D, and in some races, there are just 5 to 10 participants, and if I get a 2. or 3. place, should I then level up?
