If you read and watched all of this and feel like you'd feel more comfortable with a day-by-day lesson guide, this would be my recommendation to buy. Logic of English is a Science of Reading curriculum for beginning readers. It is scripted but differentiated and covers phonics, reading, spelling, handwriting, and grammar. 

If you feel you truly don't have the time to commit to this process, in my opinion, Hooked on Phonics is the best app to buy for beginning readers. However, nothing can replace YOU! Make sure if you go this route, you still take the time to listen to your little one read.
