ReadSlice stores personal texts, reading positions, and preferences locally on the user’s device.
The app does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. ReadSlice contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party marketing services.
Text files and JSON backups are accessed only when the user explicitly selects an import or export action. Kullion Games does not receive these files. Users control where exported backup files are stored or shared.
ReadSlice can use the text-to-speech engine installed on the device. Voice availability and any processing performed by the selected engine are governed by the device and text-to-speech provider settings.
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Kullion Games does not receive or store payment card information.
The core reading functionality works offline. An internet connection may be required for Google Play purchase processing.
Users can delete individual texts inside the app or remove all locally stored app data through Android system settings.
