The Swisstour 2020 was a fantastic edition (arguably the best one).

We started off at the traditional Broken Chair in Geneva and after only a few kilometres around Nyon the rain started pouring. We were soaked and decided to stop our journey in Lausanne at one of our members' flat. The next day the sky had cleared and we made our way to the highest pass we had ever encountered, the Nufenenpass (2,478m). The climb was beautiful but challenging for the LX50 of our group but in the end everybody made it to the top and we continued to Morcote to enjoy a well deserved dinner and sleep by Lake Lugano. We enjoyed our third day on a boat wandering between Switzerland and Italy and we watched a colourful sunset at the top of Monte Brè. Next, we headed to St. Moritz to set our camp and immerse ourselves in the magnificent nature of its region. The 5th day started by passing the Julierpass (2,284m) and then enjoying the picturesque village of Riom before driving almost 200km to Lake Constance and camping by its waters. We took a ferry to Germany the next morning, visited the Dornier Museum in Friedrichsafen, ate at a funny looking all you can eat Chinese buffet, spent some time by the lake and beat a team of Germans in an amazing game of football (we won 6-1 it was the best moment of the trip). We drove back to camp and spent our evening stargazing. On day 7 we drove to Winterthur, assisted quickly to a day rave, ate a 8.3 pizza and played football in an old factory. Day 8, we visited the Rhine falls which was a first for all of us and a great experience. Later that day, we wanted to see an art installation in Zug but it was not opened that day unfortunately. We drove to Luzern and had a nice evening reviewing pizzas and drinking beers. The next day we thought we were going to Neuchâtel but we had to stop for a medical emergency and stayed in Luzern for another night. Finally on day 10th, we drove home to Geneva and took one last picture at the Broken Chair.
