來文說明:
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下簡稱國教署)115年1月26日臺教國署國字第1155500213號函辦理。
二、旨案需填報之外籍教學人員,為具永久居留證、依親居留證或中華民國國籍者(如為已向教育部申辦聘僱許可之外籍英語教師,或由學術交流基金會引進之美籍英語教學助理(ETA及ETF),則無需彙整填報),說明如下:
(一)國教署「擴大引進外籍英語教學人員計畫」(TFETP計畫)引進之外籍教學人員,且持永久居留證、依親居留證或具中華民國籍者,學校僅於填報表格填寫學校資訊(學校代碼及學校名稱)、外籍教學人員姓名、護照號碼、居留事由、聘僱起訖時間及入校時間。
(二)非國教署引進之外師,且持永久居留證、依親居留證或具中華民國國籍者,則為人力網填報系統需完整填報對象。
三、各校所聘僱之外籍英語教學人員如符合上開說明之類型,請於115年2月26日(星期四)前將填妥之附件2逕寄至本縣英語教育資源中心信箱hcceerc@sljh.hcc.edu.tw。
四、檢附外籍英語教學人員資料填報系統填寫項目範例格式、外籍英語教學人員資料填報系統之填報對象一覽表、說明會問答集各1份。
