Lance cant remember much, just his name. He remembered being taken in by the kang family. And that was that. He pledged his loyalty to the family that saved him and brought him back from death. He was told to protect Fenris Kang, the future king. And so where ever fenris is Lance wasnt to far. The two became close friends, and Lance’s loyalties shifted from the kang family, to just fenris. Lance might not ever know what was his life before this, but at this point he’s not sure if remembering would do him any good. He had friends who treated him like family and that was enough.

It wasnt until one of those friends passed did things began to change. Wolfgang Park died protecting the two girls he loved most, Scarlet Rose and Sunny Hayes. Fenris promised Wolfgang he would take care of his girls. And while Scarlet was in his band, Sunny had other plans. Fenris sent Lance with sunny, to protect her. And just to make sure she was doing okay. A job that was easier said than done.

He went with her and set sail. If only the girl, Siobhan, didn’t confuse the hell out of him. When he is around her his heart hurts. He’s constantly feeling like he’s forgetting something important when she’s around.

The past that has been forgotten

Lance was once engaged to Siobhan Mendes, a match made in heaven as the elders would say. Though things turned for the worse.

Their engagement was held under an unlucky star, sealing their fate if they didn’t cancel their engagement. Despite his reluctance Siobhan convinced him it was all superstition. The engagement was still on and to celebrate the couple were gifted a bracelet and ring, both holding powerful magical energy. They were warned not to use them alone. While no one knew how bad the consequence would be, it was better not to tempt the gods.

The days came and went. The wedding day got closer and closer. When Lance finally thought maybe the elders were wrong and Siobhan was right in all of it being nothing more than superstition. He was proven right. They were ambushed and taken. Lance knew what he had to do, he had to protect Siobhan. So he did what everyone advised him not to.

the consequence? Death. Lance's soul found the underworld, the the prince Fenris kang allowed him to live. bringing him back to life didnt go as smoothly as fenris had hoped.
