RCMS hướng tới thực hiện các dịch vụ phục vụ nhu cầu ứng dụng và sử dụng toán học vào cuộc sống tại địa phương, thay vì các nhu cầu hàn lâm, học thuật, hay đào tạo cấp bằng. Chúng tôi mong muốn được góp phần trực tiếp để tăng cường ứng dụng toán học trong đời sống địa phương.

RCMS stands for Real and Complex Mathematical Services. We aspire to directly contribute to further the use of mathematics in the real world locally. We seek to provide teaching, research, and consultancy on demand services catering to the need to apply and to use mathematics in our local society, in contrast to academics, scholarship, or regular degree granting education.
