In a busy and hyper-connected but pseudo-connected world, deep relationships are more rare but also more necessary. Give people opportunities (and encourage them) to build trusting connections by sharing their stories and struggles, so they may grow spiritually.

Therefore, the goal of relationships is not merely a ‘feel-good’ connection with others, but for people to grow deeper in their relationship with God, and, of course, with one another; in other words, for people to move to a higher level of spiritual maturity.
