How should RCB create its programs?

The RCB Treaty obliges RCB to tell the truth when it comes to programming. In addition, all significant forces and groups from the broadcasting area must be able to have their say appropriately; the programme must not favour any party, group, interest group or ideology. Information programmes should be factual and comprehensive so that they can contribute to the formation of an independent judgment.
