Open and fill out the PDF order form, save it and email the form to Southwest Signs at Info@swsigns.biz. After receiving your email, Southwest Signs will be in touch with you regarding credit card payment. No personal checks. If you are not contacted by Southwest, you can always reach out to them at (661) 833-8323. VERY IMPORTANT: there is a cut off date for team gear orders is Wednesday June 2. Your order AND your payment need to be made to Southwest Signs by 5:00 p.m. on the 2nd. The plan is to distribute the team gear orders and have them ready by the Wasco Meet on 6/19/21.
