I am a health economist whose research applies causal inference methods to evaluate how public policies and institutional constraints shape healthcare delivery, provider behavior, and patient outcomes. My work has been published in journals such as Health Economics and Economics & Human Biology

I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Health Economics and Policy at Tulane University’s Department of Economics and the Murphy Institute. I am joining the University of the Philippines School of Economics as an Assistant Professor in August 2026.
