1. مقدمة
مرحباً بك في تطبيق "ربحي". نحن نقدر خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية معلوماتك الشخصية. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه بشكل شامل أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وحقوقك المتعلقة بها. تم إعداد هذه السياسة وفقاً لسياسات بيانات المستخدم في Google Play ومتطلبات الشفافية والموافقة.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
معرّف الجهاز: نقوم بإنشاء معرّف فريد مجهول الهوية لجهازك (Device ID) يتم تخزينه محلياً على جهازك. يُستخدم هذا المعرّف فقط لمزامنة تقدمك في قراءة الأدلة بين الجلسات. لا يتم ربطه بهويتك الشخصية.
رموز الإشعارات (FCM Tokens): نجمع رموز التنبيهات (Push Tokens) الخاصة بجهازك والناتجة عن خدمة Firebase لتتمكن من تلقي الإشعارات حول الأدلة الجديدة والتحديثات مباشرة على جهازك. يتم تخزين هذا الرمز بشكل آمن في قاعدة بياناتنا.
الموقع الجغرافي التقريبي: نقوم بجمع معلومات عامة عن موقعك الجغرافي (مثل الدولة والمدينة والمنطقة) بناءً على عنوان IP الخاص بك. لا نستخدم نظام تحديد المواقع (GPS) ولا نصل إلى موقعك الدقيق. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لإحصائيات الاستخدام وتحسين المحتوى حسب المنطقة.
بيانات الاستخدام المحلية: يخزن التطبيق على جهازك فقط: إعدادات اللغة والمظهر، إعدادات الإشعارات، الأدلة المحفوظة والمشاهدة مؤخراً، نتائج جلسات "اسأل ربحي"، تقدم القراءة، إحصائيات الإنجازات والمستويات، وسلاسل الاستخدام اليومية.
بيانات التفاعل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي: عند استخدام ميزات "اسأل ربحي" أو إنشاء الأدلة، يتم إرسال اختياراتك (نوع البطاقة والإجابات) إلى خادمنا الآمن للمعالجة اللحظية.
معرّفات الإعلانات: يتم جمعها تلقائياً بواسطة Google AdMob لتخصيص الإعلانات وقياس أدائها.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم البيانات المجمعة للأغراض التالية فقط:
تقديم المحتوى: عرض الأدلة التعليمية والمقالات وحاسبات الأرباح المخصصة لطريقة الربح التي تختارها.
توصيات الذكاء الاصطناعي: معالجة إجاباتك عبر خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok) لتقديم توصيات مخصصة لأفضل طرق الربح المناسبة لك.
إنشاء المحتوى: توليد أدلة ومقالات تفصيلية مخصصة باستخدام نماذج لغوية متقدمة.
الإشعارات والتنبيهات: إرسال تنبيهات لحظية حول المحتوى الجديد أو التحديثات الهامة عبر خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging.
مزامنة التقدم: حفظ ومزامنة تقدمك في القراءة عبر جلسات الاستخدام باستخدام معرّف الجهاز.
نظام الإنجازات: تتبع تفاعلك مع التطبيق محلياً لمنحك شارات ومستويات تحفيزية.
عرض الإعلانات: تقديم إعلانات مجانية لدعم التطبيق (لافتات، إعلانات بينية، إعلانات مكافأة، إعلانات فتح التطبيق، إعلانات أصلية).
التخزين المؤقت: تحسين سرعة الأداء وتقليل استهلاك البيانات عبر تخزين المحتوى محلياً مع فترة صلاحية محددة.
4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات الأطراف الثالثة التالية، ولكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة:
Supabase: نستخدمه كقاعدة بيانات خلفية لتخزين محتوى التطبيق (الأدلة، المقالات، الحاسبات، التصنيفات) ومزامنة تقدم القراءة ونتائج "اسأل ربحي". البيانات المرسلة لا تحتوي على معلوماتك الشخصية. (https://supabase.com/privacy)
خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, OpenRouter): تُستخدم عبر وظائف Edge Functions الآمنة لمعالجة استفساراتك في ميزة "اسأل ربحي" وإنشاء محتوى الأدلة. يتم إرسال إجاباتك فقط بشكل مجهول الهوية ولا يتم إرسال أي بيانات شخصية أو معرّفات للجهاز إلى هذه الواجهات.

Google AdMob: يُستخدم لعرض الإعلانات بأنواعها المختلفة. يجمع AdMob معرّفات الإعلانات ومعلومات الشبكة ومعلومات الجهاز لتخصيص الإعلانات. (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
Google Play In-App Review: يُستخدم لعرض نافذة التقييم داخل التطبيق. لا نجمع أي بيانات من هذه الخدمة.
5. إشعارات التنبيه (Push Notifications)
يرسل التطبيق إشعارات تنبيهية لإبقائك على اطلاع بالأدلة الجديدة أو التحديثات الهامة. عند تشغيل التطبيق لأول مرة، سيطلب منك الإذن بإرسال هذه الإشعارات. نستخدم خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) لإدارة هذه العملية. يتم تخزين رمز التنبيه الفريد (FCM Token) الخاص بجهازك بشكل آمن لتوجيه الإشعارات إليك. يمكنك في أي وقت إيقاف هذه الإشعارات من خلال إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات النظام في جهازك.
6. الإعلانات
يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات لإبقاء التطبيق مجانياً. أنواع الإعلانات المستخدمة:
إعلانات اللافتات (Banner Ads)
الإعلانات البينية (Interstitial Ads)
إعلانات المكافأة (Rewarded Ads)
إعلانات فتح التطبيق (App Open Ads)
الإعلانات الأصلية (Native Ads)
قد تقوم هذه الخدمة بجمع واستخدام: معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID / GAID)، معلومات الجهاز والشبكة، بيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات. يتم ذلك وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Google. يمكنك التحكم في تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.
7. التخزين المحلي للبيانات
يستخدم التطبيق مكتبة SharedPreferences لتخزين البيانات محلياً على جهازك فقط. تشمل هذه البيانات:
إعدادات اللغة (العربية/الإنجليزية) والمظهر (فاتح/داكن)
إعدادات الإشعارات (تفعيل/تعطيل)
قائمة الأدلة المحفوظة والمشاهدة مؤخراً
نتائج جلسات "اسأل ربحي" وتاريخها
تقدم قراءة الأدلة (نسبة مئوية)
بيانات الإنجازات المفتوحة ونقاط التجربة (XP)
سلسلة الاستخدام اليومية (الحالية وأفضل سلسلة)
عدد الخطوات المكتملة وأنواع البطاقات المستخدمة
معرّف الجهاز المُنشأ تلقائياً
ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت للمحتوى مع مؤقت انتهاء صلاحية
لا يتم إرسال هذه البيانات المحلية إلى أي خادم خارجي باستثناء مزامنة تقدم القراءة مع Supabase.
8. الروابط والمواقع الخارجية
يحتوي التطبيق على روابط لمواقع ومنصات خارجية تعود لأطراف ثالثة (مثل مواقع العمل الحر ومنصات الربح). كما يوفر التطبيق ميزة مشاركة رابط التطبيق عبر تطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي وإمكانية التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الوصول لصفحتنا على فيسبوك للدعم الفني.
الانتقال إلى أطراف ثالثة (مثل فيسبوك أو غيرها) يتبع سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام الخاصة بتلك المواقع.
نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات الخصوصية أو محتوى تلك المواقع الخارجية. ننصحك بشدة بقراءة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بكل موقع خارجي قبل تقديم أي معلومات شخصية.
9. الأذونات والتصريحات
يتطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية فقط:
الوصول إلى الإنترنت (INTERNET): لجلب المحتوى، التواصل مع خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي، تحميل الإعلانات، واستقبال الإشعارات.
حالة الشبكة (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): للتحقق من توفر الاتصال بالإنترنت.
الإشعارات (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): لإرسال التنبيهات (في أجهزة Android 13+).
نحن لا نطلب أي أذونات حساسة مثل الكاميرا أو الموقع أو جهات الاتصال.
10. مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. يتم مشاركة البيانات فقط في الحالات التالية:
مع Supabase: لتخزين المحتوى، تقدم القراءة، رموز الإشعارات، وإحصائيات الموقع التقريبي.
مع Firebase: لتقديم خدمة الإشعارات اللحظية.
مع Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات المخصصة.
مع خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي (Google, OpenAI, xAI, OpenRouter): لمعالجة مدخلاتك مجهولة الهوية لتقديم التوصيات والمحتوى.
للامتثال القانوني: إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون.
11. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
البيانات المحلية: تبقى على جهازك حتى تقوم بمسحها أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
رموز الإشعارات: تبقى مخزنة طالما كان الرمز صالحاً والجهاز مرتبطاً بالخدمة.
تقدم القراءة: يُحفظ في Supabase طالما كان التطبيق نشطاً.
12. أمان البيانات
نحرص على حماية بياناتك:
تشفير HTTPS/TLS لجميع الاتصالات.
معالجة آمنة عبر Edge Functions ولا يتم تخزين مفاتيح API في التطبيق.
رموز التنبيهات محمية عبر سياسات أمان Supabase وFirebase.
13. خصوصية الأطفال
هذا التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. نحن لا نجمع عن عمد أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا علمنا بذلك، سنقوم بحذف البيانات فوراً.
14. حقوقك
حق الوصول/الحذف: يمكنك حذف بياناتك المحلية بمسح بيانات التطبيق. لإلغاء الإشعارات، استخدم إعدادات جهازك.
حق Opt-Out: يمكنك إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات خصوصية Android.
15. تحديثات السياسة
قد نحدث هذه السياسة لتعكس التغييرات في خدماتنا (مثل إضافة الإشعارات). سيتم نشر التحديثات هنا مع تاريخ سريان جديد.

1. Introduction
Welcome to "Rabhi" app. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy comprehensively explains the types of data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data. This policy has been prepared in compliance with Google Play's User Data policies and transparency & consent requirements.
2. Data We Collect
Device Identifier: We generate an anonymous unique identifier (Device ID) stored locally on your device. This ID is used solely to synchronize your guide reading progress across sessions. It is not linked to your personal identity.
Push Notification Tokens (FCM Tokens): We collect push tokens generated by Firebase to enable you to receive notifications about new guides and updates directly on your device. This token is stored securely in our database.
Approximate Location: We collect general information about your geographical location (such as country, city, and region) based on your IP address. We do not use GPS or access your precise location. This data is used for usage statistics and content optimization.
Local Usage Data: The app stores the following only on your device: language & theme preferences, notification settings, saved and recently viewed guides, "Ask Rabhi" session results, reading progress, achievement stats & levels, and daily usage streaks.
AI Interaction Data: When using "Ask Rabhi" or guide generation features, your selections (card type and answers) are sent to our secure server for real-time processing.
Advertising Identifiers: These are automatically collected by Google AdMob to personalize and measure ad performance.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely for the following purposes:
Content Delivery: Displaying educational guides, articles, and profit calculators tailored to your chosen earning method.
AI Recommendations: Processing your answers via AI services (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok) to provide personalized recommendations for the best earning methods suited to you.
Content Generation: Creating detailed, personalized guides and articles using advanced language models.
Notifications & Alerts: Sending real-time alerts about new content or important updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Progress Sync: Saving and synchronizing your reading progress across sessions using the Device ID.
Achievement System: Tracking your app engagement locally to award motivational badges and levels.
Displaying Ads: Serving free ads to support the app (banners, interstitials, rewarded ads, app open ads, native ads).
Caching: Improving performance speed and reducing data usage by caching content locally with a defined expiration period.
4. Third-Party Services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
Supabase: Used as our backend database to store app content (guides, articles, calculators, categories), sync reading progress, and cache "Ask Rabhi" results. Data sent does not contain your personal information. (https://supabase.com/privacy)
AI Services (Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, OpenRouter): Used via secure Edge Functions to process your queries in the "Ask Rabhi" feature and generate guide content. Your answers are sent anonymously; no personal data or device identifiers are shared with these interfaces.

Google Play In-App Review: Used to display the in-app rating prompt. We do not collect any data from this service.
5. Push Notifications
The app sends push notifications to keep you updated about new guides or important updates. When you first launch the app, it will request permission to send these notifications. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to manage this process. Your device's unique push token (FCM Token) is stored securely to route notifications to you. You can disable these notifications at any time through the app settings or your device system settings.
6. Advertisements
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to keep the app free. Ad formats used:
Banner Ads
Interstitial Ads
Rewarded Ads
App Open Ads
Native Ads
This service may collect and use: Advertising ID (GAID), Device and network information, and Ad interaction data. This is done in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can control ad personalization from your device settings.
7. Local Data Storage
The app uses SharedPreferences library to store data locally on your device only. This data includes:
Language (Arabic/English) and theme (light/dark) preferences
Notification settings (enabled/disabled)
List of saved and recently viewed guides
"Ask Rabhi" session results and history
Guide reading progress (percentage)
Unlocked achievement data and experience points (XP)
Daily usage streaks (current and best streak)
Completed steps count and card types used
Auto-generated Device ID
Content cache with expiration timer
This local data is not sent to any external server except for reading progress synchronization with Supabase.
8. External Links & Third-Party Websites
The app contains links to external third-party websites and platforms (e.g., freelance sites and earning platforms). The app also provides a feature to share the app link via social media apps and the ability to contact us via email or access our Facebook page for technical support.
Navigating to third parties (like Facebook and others) is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of use.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We strongly recommend reading the privacy policies of each external site before providing any personal information.
9. App Permissions
The app requires only the following permissions:
Internet Access (INTERNET): To fetch content, communicate with AI, load ads, and receive notifications.
Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): To check internet connectivity.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To send alerts (on Android 13+ devices).
We do NOT request any sensitive permissions like Camera, Location, or Contacts.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following cases:
With Supabase: To store content, reading progress, notification tokens, and approximate location stats.
With Firebase: To provide real-time notification services.
With Google AdMob: To display personalized ads.
With AI Services (Google, OpenAI, xAI, OpenRouter): To process anonymous inputs for recommendations and content generation.
Legal Compliance: If required by law.
11. Data Retention
Local Data: Remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app.
Notification Tokens: Stored as long as the token is valid and the device is linked to the service.
Reading Progress: Stored in Supabase as long as the app is active.
12. Data Security
We protect your data:
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications.
Secure processing via Edge Functions; API keys are not stored in the app.
Notification tokens are protected via Supabase and Firebase security policies.
13. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of this, we will delete the data immediately.
14. Your Rights
Access/Delete: You can delete local data by clearing app data. To opt-out of notifications, use your device settings.
Opt-Out: You can disable ad personalization from Android privacy settings.
15. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect service changes (like adding notifications). Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
