This Privacy Policy describes how FinCalc Pro ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. FinCalc Pro is a financial calculator app (EMI, SIP, SWP, FD, RD, PPF, tax calculators, and currency conversion) developed by [INSERT DEVELOPER / COMPANY NAME].

1. Information We Collect

FinCalc Pro is designed to do almost everything on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

Financial inputs you enter (loan amounts, interest rates, tenure, investment amounts, income figures, etc.) are used only to perform calculations locally on your device. These values are not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or shared with any third party.

Internet Access

The App requests the INTERNET permission. This is used solely to support features such as currency conversion, which may require fetching publicly available exchange-rate data from a third-party rate provider. This network request does not include any personally identifiable information about you.

No Analytics, Advertising, or Crash-Reporting SDKs

FinCalc Pro does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or crash-reporting tools. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or tracking pixels within the App.

No In-App Purchases / Billing

FinCalc Pro does not include a billing or in-app purchase system, and we do not collect any payment information.

2. How We Use Information

Because the App does not collect personal data, we do not use, sell, rent, or trade any personal information about you. Any figures you enter into the calculators (loan amounts, income, investment values, etc.) are processed entirely on your device for the sole purpose of displaying a calculation result to you, and are not retained by us after you close or navigate away from the calculator screen.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party interaction the App may perform is a request to a currency exchange-rate data provider (see Section 1), which does not include any information that identifies you personally.

If this changes in a future update (for example, if we add analytics, advertising, or cloud sync/backup features), we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, seek your consent before enabling such features.

4. Data Storage and Security

Any values you enter into FinCalc Pro's calculators are stored, if at all, only in your device's local app storage (for example, to remember your last inputs) and are not uploaded to any external server. You can remove this locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App from your device.

While we take reasonable steps consistent with standard Android development practices to protect the App, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

FinCalc Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Because FinCalc Pro does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or applicable Indian data protection law), you may still have rights regarding any data processed by the App. To exercise any such rights or ask a question, contact us using the details in Section 9.
