Rayso Admin ("the app") is a business management app for owners and managers of businesses that use the Rayso Hospitality OS. It is published on Google Play by SEETO COMMUNICATION LIMITED ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have.
Who can use the app
The app is for staff of businesses that use Rayso. There is no public sign-up: your account is created and managed by your business's administrator in the Rayso back office (HQ). The app is not intended for children.
What the app collects
Account details: your name and email address, used to sign you in and to show who is signed in.
Device information: a random installation identifier generated by the app, the device name or model, the platform (Android or iOS) and the app version. These identify your signed-in device so you or your administrator can see and sign out the devices that have access to the account.
Push notification token: if you allow notifications, the device's push token is sent to Rayso so the app can deliver the business alerts you subscribe to. Signing out removes it.
App activity: the screens and actions you use in the app (for example acknowledging an alert) are recorded by the Rayso server as part of normal operation and for security auditing.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Business data
The sales, finance, stock, staff and hotel figures you see in the app belong to your business. They are read from your business's Rayso account and processed on its behalf; the app shows them only to signed-in users whose role permits it.
How data is protected
All traffic between the app and Rayso is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage. The app can require a fingerprint, face or device PIN unlock after it has been in the background, and blocks screenshots of its finance, staff and alert-detail screens on Android.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) or Apple Push Notification service (iOS), which receive only the push token and the notification content.
Retention and deletion
Your account data is kept for as long as your business keeps your account. To delete your account or the data linked to it, ask your business's administrator, who can remove your access in Rayso HQ, or email us at the address below and we will process the request with your business.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address.
