RATEVIA（以下稱「本 App」）重視您的隱私。本隱私權政策說明 RATEVIA 在提供匯率換算、購買功能及廣告服務時，如何處理資料，以及可能涉及的第三方服務。

您在 RATEVIA 輸入的金額與計算算式僅用於 App 內進行換算與計算，不會傳送給 RATEVIA 開發者、匯率服務或廣告服務。
部分 App 設定會儲存在裝置的應用程式儲存空間，包括幣別選擇與排序、折扣／退稅／信用卡手續費設定、語言、主題、部分提示狀態、快取匯率、同步時間、廣告展示日期，以及訂閱或永久去廣告的本機權益狀態。
RATEVIA 不提供自有會員帳號系統，也不要求您向 RATEVIA 提供姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、聯絡人、照片、健康資料或精確位置。
RATEVIA 使用第三方匯率服務 Frankfurter 取得參考匯率。
匯率請求可能包含所需的幣別代碼。RATEVIA 不會將您輸入的商品金額或計算算式傳送給 Frankfurter。
與一般網路服務相同，第三方服務在接收網路請求時可能處理 IP 位址、請求時間及一般網路技術資訊。RATEVIA 不控制第三方服務自身的紀錄保存方式或保存期限。
RATEVIA 使用 Google Play Billing 處理 Premium 訂閱及永久去廣告購買。
付款程序由 Google Play 處理。RATEVIA 不會取得或儲存您的信用卡號、付款卡資料或帳單地址。
為確認購買及提供相對應的 App 權益，RATEVIA 會處理 Google Play 提供的商品 ID、購買狀態及相關購買資訊。若交易尚待完成或確認，App 可能暫時保存 purchase token，以完成 Google Play 所要求的購買處理；完成後不再保留該暫存項目。
Google Play 的購買紀錄由 Google 管理，不會因清除 RATEVIA App 資料或解除安裝 RATEVIA 而由 RATEVIA 刪除。
RATEVIA 使用 Google Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob） 提供廣告，並使用 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP） 管理適用地區的廣告隱私權與同意選擇。
依 Google 的官方資料揭露，Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能自動處理 IP 位址、App／廣告互動資訊、診斷資訊，以及裝置或帳戶識別碼，並可能將這些資料用於廣告、分析及防止詐欺等用途。相關資料在傳輸過程中由 Google 的 SDK 使用加密連線處理。
在法律或 Google 政策要求的地區，RATEVIA 會透過 UMP 提供隱私權及廣告同意選項。UMP 會依最新狀態判斷是否需要顯示同意訊息，以及是否需要提供隱私權選項入口。
如果 App 顯示「隱私權選項」入口，您可以使用該入口重新查看或修改適用的廣告隱私權選擇。
Premium 訂閱與永久去廣告權益會停止 RATEVIA 的廣告請求與顯示，但不會因此隱藏法律或 UMP 要求提供的隱私權選項。
RATEVIA 的大部分偏好與 App 狀態儲存在裝置的應用程式空間。
視您的 Android 裝置、Google 帳戶與系統備份設定而定，部分本機 App 資料可能由 Android 系統納入備份或裝置轉移。Android Auto Backup 預設可能包含 SharedPreferences 等 App 資料。
因此，解除安裝 RATEVIA 後，部分由 Android 系統管理的備份資料仍可能存在，並可能在日後重新安裝或更換裝置時由系統恢復。
RATEVIA 使用 Google Analytics for Firebase 進行彙總使用情況與市場量測，例如使用者數、工作階段、首次開啟、App 開啟與更新、App 版本、平台、約略地理區域，以及裝置與作業系統資訊。Google Analytics for Firebase 會為每個 App 安裝實例產生 App instance ID，並依其標準自動量測處理適用的 App 互動、生命週期及應用程式內購買與訂閱事件；購買事件可能包含商品 ID、商品名稱、價格及幣別。
RATEVIA 不會將您輸入的金額或計算算式傳送給 Google Analytics。本版本不設定自訂 User ID、不記錄自訂 Analytics 事件，也不要求精確位置權限。RATEVIA 不使用廣告識別碼進行 Firebase Analytics 量測；在 Android 上，Firebase Analytics 的 Advertising ID 收集已明確停用。Firebase Analytics 的廣告個人化訊號預設停用。
在適用地區，Google Analytics 的分析儲存會依 RATEVIA 現有的 Google UMP、Consent Mode 設定及使用者的有效同意狀態運作。RATEVIA 不經營自有使用者帳號伺服器或遠端使用者資料庫；相關分析資料由 Google 依其服務條款與隱私權政策處理。
您可以透過 Android 系統的「清除 App 資料」功能刪除 RATEVIA 儲存在目前裝置使用者空間中的本機資料。
解除安裝 RATEVIA 也會移除裝置上的 App sandbox 資料，但 Android 系統備份可能依您的系統設定保留部分資料。
由 Google Play、Google Mobile Ads／UMP、Frankfurter 或其他第三方服務獨立管理的資料，不由 RATEVIA 的本機資料清除功能控制。
RATEVIA 的匯率服務使用 HTTPS 連線。第三方 Google 服務與 SDK 依其各自的安全措施處理資料。
我們會盡力以合理方式降低不必要的資料處理，但任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全。
RATEVIA 目前可能使用以下第三方服務：
Frankfurter：提供參考匯率資料。
Google Play Billing：處理 App 內購買與訂閱。
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK：提供廣告服務。
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)：管理適用地區的廣告隱私權選擇。
Android / Google 系統備份服務：可能依使用者設定備份或恢復部分 App 本機資料。
各第三方服務的資料處理亦受其自身隱私權政策及服務條款規範。
RATEVIA 可能因功能、第三方服務、法律要求或資料處理方式調整而更新本隱私權政策。

RATEVIA (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how RATEVIA handles information when providing currency conversion, purchase, and advertising features, and describes the third-party services that may process data in connection with the App.

Amounts and calculation expressions entered into RATEVIA are used only for calculations within the App. They are not sent to the RATEVIA developer, the exchange-rate provider, or advertising services.
Certain preferences and App states are stored in the App’s local storage, including selected and ordered currencies, discount / tax refund / card fee settings, language, theme, selected notices, cached exchange rates, synchronization information, advertising display dates, and locally stored subscription or ad-removal entitlement states.
RATEVIA does not provide its own user account system and does not require users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, health information, or precise location data to RATEVIA.
RATEVIA uses the third-party Frankfurter service to obtain reference exchange rates.
Requests may contain the currency codes required to retrieve exchange rates. RATEVIA does not send the amounts or calculation expressions entered by the user to Frankfurter.
As with ordinary network services, the third-party provider may process technical network information such as IP addresses, request times, and related connection information. RATEVIA does not control the provider’s own retention practices.
RATEVIA uses Google Play Billing to process Premium subscriptions and permanent ad-removal purchases.
Payment transactions are handled by Google Play. RATEVIA does not receive or store payment card numbers, payment card details, or billing addresses.
To determine purchase status and provide App entitlements, RATEVIA processes product IDs, purchase states, and related purchase information supplied by Google Play. A purchase token may be stored temporarily when a transaction still requires completion or acknowledgement and is removed from that pending state after processing is completed.
Google Play purchase records are managed by Google and are not deleted by RATEVIA when App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled.
RATEVIA uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide advertising and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices where applicable.
According to Google’s SDK disclosure, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information including IP addresses, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Where required by applicable law or Google policy, RATEVIA uses UMP to provide advertising privacy and consent choices. UMP determines whether a consent message or a privacy-options entry point is required based on the current consent status.
Where a Privacy Options entry point is shown in RATEVIA, users can use it to review or modify applicable advertising privacy choices.
An active Premium subscription or permanent ad-removal entitlement prevents RATEVIA from requesting and displaying advertisements. Such paid entitlements do not remove privacy controls that are required by UMP or applicable law.
Most RATEVIA preferences and App states are stored in the App’s local storage.
Depending on the user’s Android device, Google Account, and system backup settings, some local App data may be included in Android system backups or device-to-device transfers. Android Auto Backup can include SharedPreferences and other App data by default.
As a result, some data managed by the Android backup system may remain after uninstalling RATEVIA and may later be restored by the operating system.
RATEVIA uses Google Analytics for Firebase for aggregated usage and market measurement, including user counts, sessions, first opens, app opens and updates, app version, platform, approximate geographic region, and device and operating-system information. Google Analytics for Firebase assigns an app-instance ID to each installation and processes applicable app-interaction, lifecycle, and in-app purchase and subscription events through its standard automatic measurement. Purchase events may include product ID, product name, price, and currency.
RATEVIA does not send amounts or calculation expressions entered by users to Google Analytics. This version does not set a custom User ID, log custom Analytics events, or request precise-location permission. RATEVIA does not use advertising identifiers for Firebase Analytics measurement; on Android, Advertising ID collection by Firebase Analytics is explicitly disabled. Firebase Analytics advertising-personalization signals are disabled by default.
Where applicable, Analytics storage follows RATEVIA’s existing Google UMP and Consent Mode configuration and the user’s valid consent state. RATEVIA does not operate its own user-account server or remote user database. Analytics data is processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Users can delete RATEVIA’s locally stored data for the current device profile through Android’s Clear App Data function.
Uninstalling RATEVIA also removes the App’s local sandbox data from the device, although some data may remain in Android system backups depending on system settings.
Information independently managed by Google Play, Google Mobile Ads / UMP, Frankfurter, or other third-party services is not controlled by RATEVIA’s local data-deletion functions.
RATEVIA uses HTTPS when communicating with its exchange-rate provider. Third-party Google services and SDKs process information using their own security measures.
We take reasonable measures to minimize unnecessary data processing, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
RATEVIA may use Frankfurter for reference exchange rates, Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, Google User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices, and Android / Google system backup services where enabled by the user’s device settings.
Each third-party service is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
RATEVIA may update this Privacy Policy when App features, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices change.
Material updates will be reflected on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date.
