Rasel Media reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions of use at any time, with such modifications becoming effective upon publication within the application. Users are advised to periodically review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the application after modifications signifies explicit acceptance of the revised terms. Upon uploading an advertisement and its accompanying images, the user waives ownership, allowing Rasel Media management to repurpose the images as deemed appropriate. Accounts may be banned without refund if users provide false information, misuse the service, or receive complaints. These Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice. Text message fees and payments for violating advertisements are non-refundable. Advertisements can only be modified by contacting Rasel Media management. Refunds for advertisements are issued only if a system defect is proven post-payment. Advertisements are automatically removed after the designated time period expires. Violating ads are removed without notice or compensation, and repeat offenders may be banned from the application. Users who post violating ads or offensive comments may be temporarily or permanently barred from using the application. Cancelled ads will no longer appear on the 'My Ads - My Posts' page. Ads must be posted with a valid mobile phone number and email, in the correct category, and the advertised item must be in the advertiser's possession. It is prohibited to publish ads that violate local laws, contain offensive language or images, or are otherwise illegal.
