Google Gemini API Key: To utilize the AI features, you must provide your personal API key from Google. This key is stored securely and encrypted on your local device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
B) Information Collected Automatically
Advertising-Related Data: To keep our application free, we use a proprietary advertising system. This system may temporarily collect anonymous, non-personal data to display relevant advertisements and to prevent users from seeing the same ads repeatedly. This data is handled in an encrypted manner and does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for the following purposes:
To Provide Core Functionality: Your Prompts and Files are sent to the Google Gemini AI API to generate a response.
To Display Advertisements: We use non-personal data to support the costs of maintaining the application through our internal advertising system.
To Ensure Security and Stability: We may use aggregated, anonymous data to monitor app performance and prevent misuse.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is shared only in the following circumstances:
With Google (Gemini API Provider): All your Prompts and Files are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not have control over how Google uses this data.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request from a governmental authority.
4. Data Security
We are committed to protecting your information. Your API key is stored encrypted on your local device. All communications between the app and Google's servers are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols (like TLS/SSL). However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store your Prompts and Files on our servers. This data is sent to the Google Gemini API for processing and is subject to Google's data retention policies. You can manage your data that is processed by Google by visiting your Google Account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
