Please include the email address used for your RareStack account.
After receiving your request, we will delete your RareStack account and associated app data, including profile data, saved collection data, and authentication-related records, unless we need to retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons.
If you have an active RareStack Pro subscription, please cancel it through Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your RareStack account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

RareStack ("we", "our", "the app") helps you scan, catalogue and value trading cards. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
Account information (optional): if you sign in with Google, Apple or email, we process your email address and a user ID to create and sync your account. You can use the app as a guest without an account.
Purchases: when you subscribe to RareStack Plus, we process your purchase history to manage your subscription, via Apple and our subscription provider (Qonversion).
Advertising & usage data: the free version shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect a device identifier, app-interaction and advertising data, and approximate (IP-based) location to serve ads. Ads are non-personalised — we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Card scans: reading the printed code on a card happens on your device. To identify a card and fetch market value estimates, the card's printed code/identifiers are sent to our card-identification provider, CardSight AI (api.cardsight.ai). Your card photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored on our servers.
Your collection is stored locally on your device (offline-first), and synced to your account only if you sign in.
How we use data
To provide and secure the app, identify cards and show value estimates, manage subscriptions, display ads, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We use trusted providers to run the app: Google (AdMob, Firebase, Sign-In), Apple (Sign-In, payments), Qonversion (subscriptions) and CardSight AI (card identification). We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for cross-app tracking.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see our Help & Account Deletion page or email us. Local data is removed when you delete the app.
Children
RareStack is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
