Registration Fee

• Single Occupancy Room: 32,000 INR (approx. 400 USD)

• Shared Double Occupancy Room: 20,000 INR (approx. 250 USD)

• Shared Room for Indian PhD Students (subsidized): 15,000 INR 

• Accompanying Person: +8000 INR (approx 100 USD)

The above fee includes 18% GST. The above registration fee will also cover the accommodation (for the nights of 9-11 March), breakfast (10-12 March), lunch (9-11 March) and dinner (9-11 March). If you would like to book the same hotel for staying beyond the conference dates, may contact the organizers. 

Students/postdocs whose abstract is accepted for poster presentation/short talks will be asked to register online.
