Radical Adventure Riders (RAR) Champlain Valley, New Haven, Philadelphia & Finger Lakes Chapters present...
September 13-16, 2024
Topsham, VT
Join us for the first ever Radical Adventure Riders Northeast Autumn Retreat, a long weekend full of workshops, group rides, shared meals, bonfire stories, community building, bike skills, and joy!
Our theme for the inaugural retreat is Bike Liberation. This means our event will have an emphasis on social justice and creating gender and racial equity in cycling spaces. Come build your skills so you can go home and create radical change in your local community!
You will find us snuggling by the bonfire, swimming in a spring-fed pond, foraging for wild edible plants, practicing our gravel riding skills, and creating life-long friendships, all nestled in the woods of rural Vermont.
*Please recognize this retreat is intended for FTWNB (femme, trans, women, and non-binary) folks only. If you do not identify as such but would still like to support the retreat, please donate to our Retreat Fundraiser page!*

Isn't collaboration beautiful? These four chapters of Radical Adventure Riders, from all over the Northeast of the so-called United States, have been working together for the last year to make this dream a reality.
We were inspired by two summits that RAR put on in 2018 and 2019 as well as similar RAR chapter events like RAR New Haven's Gravel Camp. Sequoia (one of the RAR Champlain Valley organizers) has been building this vision to continue the legacy since 2020, with a break for COVID and relocating to the lush hills of Vermont.
It is finally coming to fruition this season and we are so proud to be coming together as these four RAR chapters to bring this beautiful event to you, our participants!
