Researcher in Cognitive (Neuro) Science and Machine Learning (AI)
My research is interdisciplinary and broadly lies at the intersection of computational modeling, machine learning, visual perception, cognitive neuroscience, and cognitive disorders.
I have worked in the areas of visual scene perception, emotional scene processing, corpus-based psycholinguistics, visual word recognition, dementia research, and behavioural game theory.
I am interested in applying computational, statistical and machine learning methods to solve problems in clinical and cognitive neuroscience.
My interest in working at the intersection of AI, neuroscience, and robotics lies in exploring how advanced technologies can mimic and augument human cognitive processes, offering a unique path to understand and enhance human-machine interaction, learning, multi-agent interaction, and decision-making.
I'm excited about applications of deep learning and neuroscience in healthcare and education.
Apart from my research interests, I am curious to explore the fundamental questions that lie at the intersection of philosophy and cognitive science.
